Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders you make at KANO editions online store. This policy applies only to consumers and not retailers and other businesses.

Locations

We deliver to all countries where the rule of law and not the law of the ruler applies. If we cannot deliver to certain regions, we will inform you. If your region is not available for delivery please contact us we will try to make it happen.

Shipping time

Europe: 2-10 days
Rest of the world: 5-15 days (some more remote locations may take longer)

Taxes

We ship all orders from Latvia (European Union), and product price includes value added tax (if and whens applicable).

Withdrawal Rights

Exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. Read more at Terms and Conditions.

Carrier

We ship with different carrier depending on the destination.
We compensate 1000% of the carbon emissions from shipping of our products or 10x the emissions, thus being carbon negative in shipping.

Shipping costs

We do offer free shipping worldwide for orders of 30€ or above. For orders below €30, we apply the following costs which are subject to change depending on the order specifics. (this does not apply to unfolded posters which are fulfilled as close as possible to the delivery location):

  • Latvia 2,89€ 
  • Europe 5€
  • Rest of the world 7€

Customs

We ship from Latvia (European Union). You (or another recipient indicated by you) are responsible for importing the products, including customs, taxes, levies, and duties. If you do not pay such charges, you will not receive the products and cannot reclaim the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local customs for details before placing an order. Many countries do not collect duties below a certain threshold. If you wish to search the customs duties for your country, you may search for the HS tariff 4901.10.

Unfolded posters are produced in different fulfillment centers in Europe, north america & Asia. Import tariff from these centers while unlikely may as well occur.

Damaged products

If there are any damages to packaging or products upon delivery, we kindly ask you to notify us immediately upon receipt of the products. Please include information about the damage and photos of the damaged products and packaging.
